Guild Asks ABC to Remove Restrictive Tasting Rule

HB303 clarifies existing law by clearly exempting brewery, distillery, and winery tasting rooms from a statewide law preventing alcohol manufacturers from selling alcohol between 9 PM Saturday and 2 AM the following Monday. Congress passes historic tax reform for small brewers

The 115th Congress passed the provisions of the Craft Beverage Modernization and Tax Reform Act (CBMTRA), which lowers the federal excise tax for breweries, on December 20, 2017.
